What you'll do:
You'll pay a key member of Copper's Sales organization.  This is a key project and customer facing role, responsible for delivering complete technical solutions for the customer by leveraging a systematic process of requirements gathering, mapping business requirements to technical requirements and ultimately the overall design of the customer solution. You will collaborate with other Copper teams such as product management, professional services and customer success. 

  • Lead the pre-sale aspects of the sales cycle, including initial discovery, requirements analysis, high-level solution design and the transition to the appropriate implementation and delivery services teams.
  • Promote the understanding of general CRM best practices and advocate for Copper’s extensibility
  • Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our prospects both onsite, online, and via telephone
  • Provide insight into market directions, competitive positions and general trends
  • Based on field-level pre-sales experiences, work with product management and engineering to shape, design, and plan new features in Copper
  • Provide insight into market directions, competitive positions and general trends
  • Act as a strategist for the Copper application platform – identify functional capabilities with customer business objectives
  • Assist Marketing and Sales with the maintenance of current sales support materials, tools (e.g. demonstration tool kits) and selling documents
 
What you'll have:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in pre-sales supporting customized business solutions for enterprises
  • Strong training skills and experience in reseller channel enablement
  • Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as part of an account team to demonstrate the art of the possible
  • An ability to interact with C-level customer executives
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of enterprise business applications
  • Exceptional presentation and demonstration skill, including good objection-handling skills
  • Possess a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with RFP and Tender best practices
  • BS in technical field, or equivalent experience
  • CRM experience preferred
