Role & Responsibilities:
- Own Buyer Acquisition, Activation and Retention KPIs
- Build Growth Model, Analytics Framework
- Identify, Develop & Optimize Paid Acquisition channels
- Lead a marketing team for Paid Acquisition, Retention Marketing, Business Analysis & Product Marketing
- Define & Validate Product & In-Market Experiments
- Experience in consumer subscription/marketplace company
- Has built a high-growth engine in their current job
- Systematic problem solver - with a background in Product or Engineering
- Strong sense of simplicity in communication w/ Consumers
- Analytical. Driven by data.

Qualifications: (Highly Desired)
- Experience managing Paid acquisition channels including FB, Google, Snap
- Experience in multi-sided marketplaces, and understanding demand/supply balancing
