Role & Responsibilities:
- Language: Clearly communicate our values and benefits to our customers
- Customer Insight: Help develop the customer persona for various sides of the marketplace
- Content: Develop specific value props in audience appropriate formats
- Distribution: Drive awareness/distribution in local communities & social-media channels
- Brand Consistency: Help ensure we stay differentiated & true to our brand
