About the Role


Uber Eats is seeking a Head of Marketing for US & Canada to define and execute a strategic vision in region for Uber’s newest and fastest growing business.

What You’ll Do


  • Drive brand awareness, love and demand for Uber Eats in the US & Canada.
  • Plan, create and execute industry leading marketing.
  • Serve as the ultimate ambassador of the Uber Eats consumers within the organization - creating and cultivating a deep connection between consumers, couriers and restaurants and the Uber Eats Brand.
  • Lead a virtual integrated marketing team comprised of marketing strategy, marketing analytics, marketing research & insights and marketing operations performance marketing, CRM, social and field marketing in the US & Canada.
  • Oversee a team of 50+ marketers (after some hiring) and be at the helm of a nine-figure marketing budget.
  • Recruit and develop best-in-class talent, building a world class team, structure and processes from an early stage.
  • Partner with the operations, product, support, sales and PR teams to deliver the ultimate Uber Eats experience, deepen our customers’ and partners’ connection with our brand.
  • Problem solve and scale growth through a customer-centric lens.


What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years experience as a strong marketing leader driving exceptional results.
  • Expertise within complex, global consumer branding/marketing organizations.
  • Experience building a team, preferably in a high growth environment.
  • A track record of recruiting best-in-class talent and building high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • An energy giver with a positive outlook and the ability to influence the direct team, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions.
  • A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership.
  • A passion for creating structure and overcoming organizational inertia.
  • Very strong analytical skills with the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • A strategic leader with deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and a champion of efficiency.
  • Experience and acumen to balance the subjective and analytical nature of the marketing work.
