About the Role


Elevate Uber Eats as an indoctrinated leader in the food/tech industry by: coordinating industry sponsorships, executing on trade show events, and increasing existing Uber Eats <> restaurant partner awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategize, coordinate, and execute against Uber Eats’s Trade Show Marketing strategy
  • Assess, negotiate, and coordinate sponsorship, exhibiting and speaking opportunities at food/tech industry events
  • Work with Sales, Brand Strategy, Design and other cross-functional partners to ensure messaging collateral (print, digital, talking points) and are on brand and current
  • Manage logistics including: AV, shipping, graphics, printing, giveaways, and anything needed to facilitate event execution according to plan
  • Work with our internal marketing team and cross-functional partners to promote events and drive attendance using email, social media and other channels
  • Work with sales management to identify staffing for events
  • Create show briefing books and hold pre-show meetings to prep staff
  • Plan, and track expenses for event budget


What You’ll Need

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • You are a self-start who is excited to dig into the weeds with Sales, Customer Success and other cross-functional partners and to unlock growth through Trade Show Marketing
  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
  • High-energy, creative, highly collaborative, team-oriented, driven individual with a passion for executing high quality, successful marketing programs
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time
