Description

Qventus is looking for a detail-oriented, disciplined individual who will serve as the expert for the Qventus suite of products, particularly around the data and workflows that set the foundation for each product/module. He/she will provide guidance and support both internally and externally that ensures optimal utilization and representation of Qventus’ modules.  This ideal candidate will primarily contribute to the Customer Success team in the following areas - deployment support and execution, internal and external onboarding, and post-deployment production support:
 
The role is a full-time position and will be based out of Mountain View.
 

Requirements:

    • A deep knowledge of data with experience querying relational databases and a general understanding of data integration, reporting, and metric development
    • Superb presentation skills and the ability to articulate thoughtful responses “on the fly”
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and client relationship skills
    • Technical system/software configuration experience
    • Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record System (super user or application analyst) and a general understanding of EMR related workflows is a plus
    • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in task execution
    • Ability to learn quickly with minimal supervision and identify “gaps” in the product
    • An ability to coach others on the features of a product and provide recommendations on best practices
    • 5 years of practical experience demonstrating ability to develop, execute, and refine/optimize SQL queries
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

Core Job Responsibilities:

    • Supporting CSAs and CSMs during new deployment ramps Execution of product configuration and data validation within a deployment
    • Performing SQL-level checks on data integrity and system performance
    • Collaborating with the Integration team to identify and resolve data interoperability issues
    • Direct production support for customer issues and training post-deployment
    • Development of deployment related product content and training materials Creation of  “starter content” for product modules to aid faster product ramp-up
    • Advanced product training for new CSM’s as part of new employee onboarding
    • Identifying process gaps / needs within product administration or setup
