About Our Role
As part of the Revenue Operations team, the Billing Specialist is responsible for initiating invoicing,
maintaining billing records, collecting and reconciling receivables, handling customer emails and
resolving billing disputes. You have a high attention to detail and enjoy working both with internal
teams across various functions and interacting with customers. You have experience working in a high
volume environment and have a proven ability to respond to inquiries timely.


    • Initiate invoicing upon contract execution, partnering with the Billing Analyst and Sales when necessary.
    • Maintain customer records including customer billing contact information.
    • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances via email, and partner with Sales and Customer Success as needed.
    • Respond to customer emails regarding billing disputes, responses to collection attempts, and other miscellaneous customer inquiries related to billing.


    • 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, accounts receivable or contract administrator role
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent project management skills required
    • Ability to understand issues, demonstrate resourcefulness, and solve problems in a timely
    • manner
    • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and Netsuite preferred
