HR & Operations Administrator - (Temporary)

Udemy’s office in Ankara is a vibrant, technology engineering-focused organization of approx 30 people.  The Temporary HR Partner role is trusted team member who supports the office and ensures the sustained success of our People practices locally.


    • Resolve day to day employee and manager requests/issues and partner with Director of HR and other HR Team members globally on complex concerns.
    • Onboard new employees within the Udemy system.
    • Support employee engagement and the continued development of a positive organizational culture.
    • Coach leaders on management best practices.
    • Ensure legal compliance for all employment practices.
    • Manage clerical/administrative needs of the team as required.
    • Perform basic facility management.

Skills + Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources
    • Experience in IT sector is preferred
    • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong administration and organizational skills with attention to detail
    • The flexibility and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work with remote teams (i.e. Liaise with San Francisco Headquarters)
    • Fluency in English both written and verbal
