HR & Operations Administrator - (Temporary)
Udemy’s office in Ankara is a vibrant, technology engineering-focused organization of approx 30 people. The Temporary HR Partner role is trusted team member who supports the office and ensures the sustained success of our People practices locally.
Resolve day to day employee and manager requests/issues and partner with Director of HR and other HR Team members globally on complex concerns.
Onboard new employees within the Udemy system.
Support employee engagement and the continued development of a positive organizational culture.
Coach leaders on management best practices.
Ensure legal compliance for all employment practices.
Manage clerical/administrative needs of the team as required.
Perform basic facility management.
Skills + Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
3-4 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience in IT sector is preferred
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong administration and organizational skills with attention to detail
The flexibility and willingness to learn
Ability to work with remote teams (i.e. Liaise with San Francisco Headquarters)
