What You’ll Do

  • Update and maintain social growth trackers, project management queues, social/digital asset libraries, global social playbook
  • Work with social/digital teams to develop platform POVs, research rising trends, and create competitive audits
  • Fulfill surprise and delight contest activations; work with legal to ensure compliance
  • Process invoices and purchase orders for any surprise & delight activations or payment for consumer content creation
  • Use a 24/7 approach to elevate engagement opportunities and respond to fan questions across social channels; work closely with Sr. Lead to elevate crisis activity
  • Proactively engage positive brand conversations, product testimonials, user-generated content, and advocacy relationships with social fans
  • Support and facilitate surprise & delight program to reward brand advocates and incentivize additional user-generated content
  • Coordinate and post global social content across channels
  • Craft quick copy responses in on-brand tone to fan questions and opportunistic brand mentions
  • Monitor broader social trends, brand mentions and press stories across social channels

What You’ll Need

  • BS/BA in business, marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience working in social media
  • Digital and social savvy with experience on brand or agency side
  • Demonstrated ability to manage community on a social platform
  • Creative editorial skills, including copywriting
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Brandwatch, Opal, Sprinklr
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and international teams as well as external vendors, and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness
  • Self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, proactive and energetic approach to work
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task, whilst maintaining clear and proactive flow of communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment is critical
