You’ll be driving the right insights to help our stakeholders focus their energy and attention on the most important strategic priorities. Identifying the key opportunities to power improved business performance and helping to determine the areas where each group can contribute to our broader goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of program and project managers who oversee the adoption of effective Sales and Account Management practices by cataloging and identifying process optimization opportunities, improving data quality, and developing systems to increase Restaurant success and channel productivity
  • Bring Restaurant, Client-facing rep, and line manager feedback into the organization to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to increase productivity of Restaurant recruitment and development programs
  • Manage a data-driven, transparent, and inclusive process to develop, garner buy-in, and resource a prioritized project roadmap to develop new and revamp existing Sales/Account Management processes and systems
  • Establish reporting and business review rhythms to drive visibility of the health/productivity of existing processes, identification of processes to suitable for broader adoption, and progress of the project roadmap
  • Collaborate and closely partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Systems, Product, Analytics & Data Science, Data Engineering, Legal/Compliance to ensure successful initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B organizations working managing and developing a team and working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Business Systems, and Data Engineering in both mature and high growth start-up environments
  • 5+ years of experience in managing internal process and systems teams with a high degree of proficiency in process design and optimization, program and project management, and successfully rolling out projects in global organizations
  • Self starter with an analytical orientation; empathetic and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves with your team; skilled at balancing between short-term needs and long-term investments; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative, detail oriented, process-driven, and decisive workstyle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences. Stakeholder management and consensus building (across internal Business, Product, and Engineering partners)
  • High proficiency in structured and unstructured data environments, evaluating build vs buy technology solutions, customizing Sales and Account Management third-party tools (e.g., CRM, Reporting, Commission Plans), and product development lifecycle and processes
  • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust. Strong references from former employers and business partners; passion for building relationships
