We’ve created an exciting new role to lead a redesigned People team we’re calling Employee Experience. This new team includes 1 Director and 3 Business Partners who will embed within our functional units and become part of each functional management team. This team will serve the greater People function as the “quarterback” who ensures that all of our people processes, tools, programs, and systems add up to a highly engaging employment experience. Each of these team members will also design, build, and lead a people program or initiative on behalf of the whole team.
