We’ve created an exciting new role to lead a redesigned People team we’re calling Organization Effectiveness. This new team includes 3 subgroups covering People Operations, Engagement Programs, and Communications. This team will serve as the People function “back office” who ensures that we design, develop, and operate efficient people processes to create exceptional service, maintain compliance, and measure effectiveness or all talent and organization efforts.
Minted is growing in scale and complexity and it’s time for us to optimize our operations, build a robust people platform, and ensure compliance and effectiveness. This is an opportunity to design a leading edge People operation and optimize the efforts of a great People team.

You will:

    • Design, build, operate the core systems, tools, and processes for our People team; including talent management, compensation, benefits, insights, analytics, reporting, and communications.
    • Be a close advisor to the Chief People Officer and serve on a People Leadership team with 2 other Directors: Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience (HRBP’s).Lead all aspects of the People Team “back office” including systems, processes, tools, facilities, and data.
    • Lead the OE team (including 3 direct reports) to high performance, demonstrating our best engagement practices and ensuring their professional development.
    • Lead annual cycles for compensation review, succession planning, career planning, benefits renewal, and compliance audits.
    • Provide talent and organization expertise on topics including people management, career development, performance management, recognition, employee relations, company policies, etc.
    • Ensure HR operational excellence with accurate, timely, and robust information, process, and project management practices.
    • Analyze employee data and trends to guide decision making and recommendations.
    • Champion and role model Minted’s culture, values & mission, finding ways to continually strengthen them in your team and at the company overall.

    • Knowledgeable in CA and US HR-related policies and law.

You have:

    • 10+ years working in Organization Design, Org. Development, and People Operations.
    • Prior experience leading a team.
    • Experience working in fast paced, high growth, dynamic companies.
    • Deep expertise in key HR areas including HR systems, tools and applications; performance operations, compensation, employee engagement, people analytics.
