We’ve created an exciting new role to lead a redesigned People team we’re calling Organization Effectiveness. This new team includes 3 subgroups covering People Operations, Engagement Programs, and Communications. This team will serve as the People function “back office” who ensures that we design, develop, and operate efficient people processes to create exceptional service, maintain compliance, and measure effectiveness or all talent and organization efforts.
