Lumosity is seeking a passionate user acquisition associate to help drive our global growth. A successful candidate is an analytical and creative thinker who can effectively and efficiently lead performance-based acquisition campaigns to reach goals.


    • Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns through self-service channels and ad agencies
    • Responsible for expansion, creative testing and performance of paid search channels
    • Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance on an ongoing basis
    • Identify new partner, platform and optimization opportunities for performance improvements
    • Develop, execute and analyze A/B tests on creative and landing pages
    • Collaborate with design, product and data analytics teams to develop effective acquisition strategies
    • Communicate campaign performance and test learnings to the broader marketing team and executives
    • Help with development of analytic tools, technology and process to drive efficiency across the User Acquisition team

    • 3+ years of user acquisition or performance marketing experience with strong track record of measurable results
    • Experience with AdWords required; prior experience with campaign management tools like Kenshoo or Marin Software preferred
    • Firm understanding of ad attribution and tracking with mobile measurement partners preferred
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to use Excel
    • SQL knowledge is a plus
