About the Role

At UberEats, we strive to make eating well effortless for everyone, everywhere. A large part of delivering on this vision involves creating and developing relationships with Restaurant partners across the globe.


In this role you'll be on the frontlines of one of Uber’s fastest growing business units, UberEats.  You will be responsible for marketing operations, automation, engagement and retention programs, creating and improving process, and developing digital capabilities.


You'll have the opportunity to join a newly formed team with the ability to communicate, engage, and deliver impact at scale. On a daily basis you will work closely with marketing managers, data managers, developers, and analysts.


What you'll do

  • Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices expert
  • Manage top of funnel operations and reporting to business stakeholders
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies
  • Support database management across sales and marketing systems
  • Manage creation and execution of marketing campaigns using internal and enterprise solutions to deliver against business goals
  • Develop testing strategies to deliver against ROI targets through a highly segmented customer base
  • Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists and data feeds
  • Create and run reports; prepare analysis for marketing programs or proposals
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and GDPR
  • Manage marketing funnel reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track progress against goals
  • Analyze data from marketing and sales funnel (lead to closed) to identify opportunities for increased velocity and optimization


What you'll need

  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
  • At least 5 years online marketing-specific experience with a minimum 2 year demonstrated success in email marketing and marketing automation from concept to completion
  • Proven expertise leveraging Marketo and other ESP's to create multi-step lifecycle automations, nurture campaigns, lead flows, and complex customer journeys
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing, KPI tracking and ROI analysis
  • Strategic CRM focus and can suggest creative solutions in-line with business objectives
  • Experience with regularly cadenced business reporting to stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Excellent written communication skills
