Blue Jeans Network is seeking a Sales Campaigns Program Manager to join our team in San Francisco, reporting into WW Sales Strategy. The Sales Campaigns Program Manager will play an integral role in the success of the Sales Organization and company through managing and driving effective sales campaigns and growth initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Assess field priorities and drive programs and campaigns to drive growth
  • Own overall program / campaign effectiveness and governance
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional leadership to establish campaign strategy, identify new campaigns to be built and revised
  • Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure integration of campaigns
  • Establish targets and metrics for sales program / campaign effectiveness, monitor through regular reports, and recommend adjustments to the campaign strategy and programs, accordingly
  • Work with cross-functional team members to create content to support sales campaigns
  • Test content effectiveness through analytics, field feedback and A/B testing – manage revisions where needed
  • Project manage / coordinate campaign execution whether through activity automation tool (outreach.io) or sales / channel events

 Skills

  • We are looking for a Rockstar who is excited about having a huge impact on driving BlueJeans’ growth. You need to be intellectually curious, a self-starter, have super strong program management skills and have fun solving problems. Specifically:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience managing sales or marketing campaigns / programs; experience in Sales / Sales Ops, SDR Management a plus
  • Excellent and proven program management skills: setting up and managing project governance, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to present content to general audiences
  • Proven analytical ability with a data-driven type of approach
  • Experience with SFDC critical; Outreach.io a plus
