Job overview

We are looking for a Business Development (BD) manager who is passionate about shaping what the future of digital health will look like. You will be on the forefront of forging impactful strategic partnerships and initiatives across a variety of healthcare verticals. In this role, you will:

  • Support the Senior Director of Business Development in executing on Omada's 3-5 year BD strategy, with specific focus on new potential revenue opportunities within key emerging payer verticals.
  • Manage BD pipeline by supporting Sr. Director BD in sourcing, evaluating, and contracting with potential partners
  • Lead research efforts to understand new potential verticals that Omada might be interested in pursuing and who the key target partners are within each vertical
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, product, engineering, sales, etc.) to support the launch and growth of new, innovative partnerships
  • Develop and maintain decks, collateral, and other assets that will be used during the BD sales process

You will love this job if you:

  • Have at least 5-8 years of experience in business development and strategy
    • MBA preferred
  • Are the right blend of curious and creative
  • Are always thinking about new ways in which Omada can partner with leading healthcare organizations to expand our overall impact
  • Have had experience in or have the desire to work with Omada’s C-suite leaders
  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally with many teams and with outside partners
  • Have an attention for detail and can communicate effectively
  • Experience working with benefits consultants preferred
