Enrollment Marketing Manager

COMPANY

Omada Health

LOCATION

San Francisco, CA, US

Description

Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and enable people everywhere to live free of chronic disease.

Job overview

Omada’s Enrollment Marketing team is focused on the first part of Omada’s mission – to inspire people everywhere to take the first step toward lasting, healthy change. We understand our audience, know what makes Omada different, connect these two things to tell a great story, then measure and optimize its success.

Your Impact:

As an Enrollment Marketing Manager at Omada Health, you’ll lead consumer enrollment efforts to drive adoption of Omada. You’ll consult with key clients on the most effective way to roll out Omada to their audience(s), and manage the program execution.  You’ll understand the population, the channels that work best to reach them, and enrollment goals to recommend a client-specific strategy. Beyond your client work, you’ll own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft, scale our efforts, and test innovative ideas.

This is a client-facing role that earns the trust of key stakeholders through the strength of our strategic and creative recommendations. You’re energized by brainstorming with clients, understanding their unique (and often complex) consumer outreach challenges, and partnering with internal Design, Marketing Operations, and Commercial teams to build a successful enrollment program.  You understand how near-term success opens opportunity for long-term strategic partnerships, and keep both in mind when developing a communications strategy. You summarize these ideas in a well-executed presentation that inspires customers to see their value, and move forward in a timely manner. As much as you enjoy creating a custom client strategy, you also have an eye toward repurposing great ideas, and building frameworks and processes to scale. This role is based in San Francisco, CA and will report to the Lead, Enrollment Marketing Client Services.

You will be successful in this job if you:

  • Have 6-8 years of relevant experience (Client-facing experience, marketing consulting, acquisitions marketing, and related roles)
  • Possess an interest in the creative, analytical and strategic aspects of marketing
  • Have an eye towards optimizing and adhering to efficient processes
  • Are strong in project management skills
  • Can work in a collaborative, fast-paced and high-growth environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the healthcare or employer benefits industries

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Stock options + extended post termination option exercise window (for Omadans who are with us 3 years or more)
  • Flexible vacation
  • Parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision
  • Healthy snacks and meals
  • Wellness events (e.g. running club)
  • Community volunteering
  • 401k retirement savings plan
