Exabeam is looking for an Education Services Manager as part of the Customer Success Organization to help build and drive Exabeam’s education program. Exabeam’s Customer Success organization spans Support, Professional and Education Services, Service Partner management and our online Customer Community. In this role, you will be responsible for building Exabeam’s education program, including but not limited to certification programs, Partner enablement, and ongoing technical training for the organization. You will be part of a thriving and dynamic global team and work cross-functionally to develop cutting edge educational programs. You will leverage our Professional Services and Support organizations as well as our Community to generate innovative and timely content. This role reports to the Director of Global Services.
