As a member of the Corporate Ops team, the Systems Operations, Sr. Associate will work to manage, execute, and improve the operations of various core financial and operational enterprise business systems that will allow the business to scale globally.
What You’ll Do
- Manage cross-functional enterprise software applications that enable the business to function (e.g. Oracle NetSuite Procurify, ProjectMates, etc.)
- Execute core processes to support dependent teams
- Configure systems to improve information accuracy, flow, and meet business needs
- Build out scalable processes and standards for how the systems function
- Train business units on new processes in HQ and globally
- Support the integration of business acquired through M&A
Who You Are
You’re process and detail oriented by nature. You like to double or triple check things to be sure they are right and like to constantly improve things. But you balance that with a practical side that get things done quickly. You have knowledge of finance and technology. You’ve got 3-6 years experience using enterprise software application, and building and executing processes. You are the following type of person:
- Analytical, detail oriented

- Adept at problem solving on the fly
- Knowledge of accounting concepts
- Enjoy helping others
- High determination
Extra Credit: Knowledge of Projectmates, SalesForce and Oracle NetSuite is highly desired!
