Description

Propel is looking for awesome Customer Success Managers to develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Customer Success Managers work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the support they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with Propel’s products.  This position plays a huge role in achieving Propel’s goal of 100% happy, referenceable customers.

The desired skills/experience for the ideal candidate:

  • Interacting with clients to solve problems and troubleshoot issues
  • Assisting in creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience
  • Gathering feedback from customers and working closely with product managers to understand enhancement requests
  • Learning Propel’s products inside and out
  • Providing training on Propel products in the form of webinars, articles and remote one-on-one sessions
  • Helping customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize Propel’s software based on business needs or business plans
  • Writing fun customer newsletters and coming up with new and exciting ways to interact with customers

The ideal candidate gets excited by:
