Responsibilities include but not restricted to: 
  • To studies the healthcare market to ascertain the potential of the area.
  • To study the existing clients and associate channel partners allotted.
  • To establishes a relationship with clients and understands their needs.
  • To pitch company services to the clients and as per allotted target.
  • Ensure knowledge, material, and support is given to increase business
  • Right communications & relations between the client & service provider is established.
  • Periodic Service feedback from client to maintain client satisfaction

Person Specification: 
  • Good written and verbal communication skill.
  • Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language.
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Happy to receive and make calls
  • Ability to effectively present information to clients
  • Meets productivity standards and strive to increase output

  • Have sound scientific knowledge to understand diagnostics needs of the client
  • Willingness to visit the client and touch base for better rapport building
  • Experience in handling remote clients over voice and data.
