CRM Marketing Manager, Driver Loyalty

Drivers form the backbone of the platform. To keep drivers driving with Uber, we must build relationships and trust with them.  We’re looking for an experienced marketing manager with a background in loyalty and or retention marketing to help grow engagement with our driver loyalty program.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing and evolving perks and rewards marketing  via email, SMS, and push notifications, direct mail and in-app messaging. You’ll work on all parts of the lifecycle as it relates to rewards (early driver's, mature drivers, churned drivers, migration (moving drivers into our “high value” cohort) and retention. You’ll partner closely with the marketing strategy team in helping to drive awareness and engagement with the driver loyalty program (Uber Pro).


You’ll have the support of a dedicated CRM design, copy, operations, and analytics team and the ability to partner with product and engineering to bring complex, high-impact reward campaigns to life in a way that surprises and delights our drivers.



What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with  a team of highly effective lifecycle marketers managers that focus on all parts of the driver lifecycle from onboarding, new, mature, pre-churn and churned.
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for Uber Pro
  • Help in the national roll-out CRM strategy for the program and partner with International teams on a playbook
  • Partner with the product, operations, strategy  and BD teams to iterate and test through new rewards
  • Empower and enable local marketing teams to achieve business goals through regional/ city level loyalty communications
  • Work cross functionally with global teams to share learnings and playbooks


What You'll Need:

  • 3-5+ Years experience in the customer marketing, loyalty marketing, or customer engagement space.
  • Experience with retention or loyalty marketing - can create data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end to end
  • Ability to demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs, push, SMS, in app messages, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
