About the Role


As a Product Manager on Driver Loyalty, you will work on critical, complex features that recognize our drivers’ high-quality service and commitment to our platform.  The features you define, develop and launch will leverage the massive scale of our global marketplace. They will motivate our drivers to provide excellent service, and help instill a sense of pride, progression & opportunity during their time with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Define a strategy & product roadmap that increases driver retention & engagement by rewarding high-quality service and sustained commitment to our platform.
  • Collaborate with several internal teams - including but not limited to Driver Pricing and Incentives, Driver Preferences, Driver Earnings, Shared Rides, Matching, Airports, Courier, Vehicle Solutions, and Support - to execute & iterate upon your roadmap.
  • Collaborate with designers & engineers to bring your vision to life.
  • Collaborate with data science to develop comprehensive experimentation plans and to understand business impact of your features.
  • Scale your features to international markets, making modifications based on local business needs, market dynamics, & regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level presentations as well as detailed product requirement documentation.
  • Prior experience collaborating with designers to bring your vision to life.
  • Prior experience collaborating with engineers to build and launch products. Demonstrated ability to understand and tradeoff engineering cost against business goals.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability. SQL competency a plus.
