You’ll be driving the right insights to help our stakeholders focus their energy and attention on the most important strategic priorities. Identifying the key opportunities to power improved business performance and helping to determine the areas where each group can contribute to our broader goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, manage, and evolve a Center of Excellence (CoE) that rapidly incubates and scales internal services, products, and tools that empowers and increases productivity of regional sales and operations teams
  • Establish a data-driven approach (e.g., voice of the Customer, marketing intelligence, Client-facing reps) and collaborative process with Restaurant acquisition, onboarding, account management, and support teams to define CoE priorities that balance scaling existing and developing new offerings
  • Design offerings that are globally scalable with a strategic level of customization to accommodate the needs of Sales and Operations teams that differ across sub-regions, Restaurant segments, and Restaurant lifestage
  • Define clear objectives and measures for the CoE. Develop reporting and define a business review cadence to monitor progress against the roadmap, drive day-to-day accountability, and assess business impact
  • Collaborate and closely partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Data Science to define CoE priorities and facilitate broad adoption of its internal products and tools

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B organizations working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Data Science in both mature and high growth start-up environments
  • 5+ years of experience in managing internal process and systems teams with a high degree of proficiency in process design and optimization, program and project management, and successfully rolling out projects in global organizations
  • Familiarity with CoE best practices spanning site setup and management, talent recruitment and development, training and quality assurance, and product lifecycle management
  • Self starter with an analytical orientation; empathetic and embraces rolling up your sleeves (process mapping, data cleansing, debugging/commenting code, documentation); skilled at project and process management to balance between urgent and important requests; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as stakeholder management and consensus building, and project management
  • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust. Strong references from former employers and business partners; passion for building relationships.
