ABOUT THE ROLE:
The UFB Revenue Operations team delivers on our mission by delivering the process and information flows that support the entire customer journey, promoting cross-functional alignment, overseeing resource and performance planning, refining key processes to increase efficiencies, and adopting best-in-class tools and technologies to support the entire UFB go-to-market universe from lead generation to customer invoicing.
 
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, directly contributing to the growth of our B2B business by building out the sales systems and infrastructure to help scale our organization to the next level.  This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations and is located at Udemy’s San Francisco headquarters. The Salesforce Administrator is a cross-functional role that partners with sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering to align business requirements across our revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and Amazon Redshift.
 
You will improve the stability and performance of our Salesforce instance and execute on other key projects via regular system audits, business planning, and operational reviews. You will ensure that our technology systems work together seamlessly, our money is spent wisely, and that we operate in a coordinated way.

Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Maintain and administer the Salesforce database to ensure proper security, controls, and permissions are in place.
    • Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support apps and integrations.  Ensure all marketing and sales systems work in concert to provide reliable data.
    • Understand the key drivers behind our sales metrics and instrument the fields, workflows, and processes to accurately capture sales data.
    • Manage the full technology ecosystem and associated vendors.  Drive the evaluation, implementation, and management of solutions used by the sales team to do their jobs effectively.
    • Determine the right success metrics that drive business outcomes across sales and marketing activities, and build and maintain dashboards to manage those metrics.
    • Partner with other leaders to ensure a full-funnel view of marketing and sales go-to-market activities.

We're excited to have you because you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 4+ years experience driving operational improvements and managing and cleaning data in a Salesforce Admin role for a high growth B2B SaaS company.  Experience managing user counts > 100 a plus.
    • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator preferred.  Advanced hands-on experience administrating Salesforce.com, including: creation and maintenance of fields, custom objects, validation rules, and workflows (including Process Builder); maintenance of profiles, permission sets, and roles; training new users; and creating release documentation.  Experience with Salesforce CPQ and writing Apex Triggers is a plus.
