This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead the Bluecore Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Program and the development of new internal processes and programs that solely focus on the ISV partner community. The ISV Partner Program serves a wide variety of Technology Partners in all geographies including, but not limited to, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) partners, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) partners, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Startups, etc. In this role, you will lead and build a team of program and partner managers against a program business case. You will work across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders to evolve, develop, and implement the initial program that will accelerate the mutual business of our Technology Partners and Bluecore. You will work closely with customers, partners, and the Bluecore field organization to gather feedback related to designing and delivering a world class partner program.


    • Build/drive/lead the ISV Partner Program – including setting KPIs/metrics, owning the partner relationships, implementing internal processes across various stakeholder teams
    • Prioritize and engage Bluecore Technology Partners at the most senior business and technical levels, understand their needs, and ensure we are building and delivering programs that enable them to deliver the right customer outcomes and drive successful business growth leveraging the Bluecore platform
    • Engage internal service team and functional leaders to ensure program alignment and support across Bluecore
    • Engage partners’ field sales organizations, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Bluecore and Technology Partners
    • Define/evolve sales alignment program and GTM programs to drive joint engagement with Technology Partners
    • Set and manage a set of input and output goals for the organization and provide regular and consistent reporting and analytics
    • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior executive team


    • 7-10+ years of enterprise technology experience driving large initiatives
    • Experience working at an ISV preferred
    • Clear track record of delivering partner programs that exceed program metrics and revenue expectations
    • Clear track record of managing complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional business judgement
    •  Proven ability to work with technical leaders and product teams with the ability to influence road maps
    • Clear track record of building and managing a team/program
    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional internal and external audiences
    • Strong written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
