Lumosity is looking for a contract to hire Recruiter to join the team at our San Francisco HQ office. This role reports to the Director, People Operations and is part of our rockstar People Ops team. You’ll be the go-to person for a variety of recruiting needs, and will partner with hiring managers in our Marketing, Product, Creative & Operations teams. The ideal candidate has a passion for finding and connecting with the best talent, possess an innate sense of urgency, and cares deeply about providing a high touch recruiting experience. YOU WILL

    • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy for their teams
    • Manage the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to offers
    • Build an efficient and targeted candidate pipeline towards achieving our hiring goals
    • Track pipeline data and provide timely updates to partners on open positions and hiring initiatives
    • Ensure a high level of data integrity utilizing our ATS and other systems
    • Recruit passive candidates through referrals, networking, and other means
    • Maintain ownership of agencies, recruiting tools, and other third party solutions to help meet hiring goals
    • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates

YOU HAVE

    • 3-5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a consumer web environment, supporting multiple teams.
    • Results-oriented mindset, not scared by stretch goals
    • Great organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrable track record for sourcing and assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
    • Strong attention to detail, are able to navigate ambiguous scenarios, and elevate others around you
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
