The Collection Specialist will be reporting to the Revenue Manager and will collaborate with the Finance, Sales and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a doer mentality and a  great attitude. They should have a strong Accounts Receivable background, great eye for detail, and a strong commitment to process improvement.


    • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
    • Enlist the efforts of various internal groups to accelerate the collection process.
    • Resolve client discrepancies and short payments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit notes.
    • Manage 3rd party collections and legal involvement.
    • Provide continuous improvement to standardize and streamline processes.
    • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.

Qualifications & Experience

    • 1-3 years of experience in a collections/customer service environment.
    • Knowledge of accounts receivable and collections procedures.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
    • Commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Exceptions written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Familiarity with Suite billing and/or Zuora.
