About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to manage and grow our brand among community organizations, college campuses, corporations, festivals, and other local events.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify new opportunities within each market to maximize unmistakable interactions with JUMP
  • Coordinate resources within the larger organization to scale and execute experiential events
  • Collaborate with ops, policy and comms teams to maintain a consistent presence inline with the masterbrand
  • Oversee local marketing managers, who manage events, relationships, and ambassador programs
  • Ensure each experience and touchpoint is reflective of the JUMP brand
  • Work closely with our Creative, CRM, Web, and Content teams to execute quality experiences
  • Build the systems by which we can quantify and justify local marketing expenditures



What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years’ experience at an agency or in-house working on experiential and field marketing efforts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to help foster relationships with every person we interact with
  • Management experience overseeing both direct and indirect reports
  • You don’t need to be a data scientist but you have to have a penchant for quantifying effort
  • An extremely detail oriented mindset overseeing efforts across multiple markets, working with new partners constantly, and ensuring each event is quantifiably a success
