Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Global Content Marketing, you will help lead every aspect of the content life cycle in-house, from participating in project brainstorms all the way through promotion of the content and of course plenty of writing. You will be at the core of content creation; working with team members, you will help develop a variety of new content projects across different mediums. Quality content and engagement are the names of the game.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, edit and promote content (emails, webpages, eBooks, white papers, copy tweaks, blogs, etc.)
  • Plan new and engaging pieces of content
  • Partner with campaign managers to build email nurture tracks and launch targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate with design and development team to ensure content is visually compelling
  • Manage and maintain content resources for both internal and external audiences
  • Take editorial ownership of the corporate blog
  • Measure effectiveness of content (blog traffic, conversions, progression through the customer buying journey)
  • Champion a consistent brand voice and high standard of content quality across the company
  • Partner with team members to leverage social, search, and word of mouth marketing
  • Work with external writers/agencies and international marketing teams

 Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience in a similar content creation/marketing role in B2B SaaS companies
  • Outstanding writing skills with a focus on audience engagement and ability to write with personality
  • Creativity and passion for what you do
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • You are a self-starter with desire to learn/work across a variety of roles
  • Good sense of humor and team mentality
  • Be passionate about the power that real-time video can make in people’s
  • lives; how it can change communication forever
