Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and manages IT services including but not limited to systems such as: service desk, network, telephony, and video conferencing by ensuring requests for service assistance are completed by resources within specified service level agreements.

  • Serves as an IT business partner for internal departments on administrative or technical matters, as well as assigned projects

  • Proposes and manages system(software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems infrastructure including but not limited to network (WAN, LAN, WIFI, VPN, firewall), servers (Windows), communications (phone, email, video), virtualization, storage, backup/recovery

  • Is involved in hardware procurement, system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and servicing; uses skills as an experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways

  • Demonstrates considerable judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

  • Maintains and manages IT assets, providing annual physical inventory of assets and monthly reconciliation

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment; appreciation of our mission and desire to make contributions that enhance services.

  • Support new office expansions and build-out projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science – or higher – ideally in computer science or business administration

  • Experience in managing suppliers and projects – Project Management Certificate desirable

  • Experience installing and troubleshooting network printers.

  • Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN networking.

  • Excellent knowledge of DHCP, DNS and Active Directory.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience working with Google Gsuite.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 & Mac OS;

  • Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to manage time and tasks to efficiently organize and complete local district requirements.

  • Broad knowledge of SAP software and demand collection/management

  • Experience in definition and introduction of modern IT architecture

  • Comprehensive English & Turkish  skills in conversations and writing;

  • Communication skills, openness, ability to convince colleagues
