About the role:

We are looking for a talented individual to join the Sojern legal team in an operational support role (no legal background required!) to help our growth as well as expansion into new markets, products and channels.  This unique and exciting role will include a variety of opportunities and responsibilities, with some flexibility to customize the role to experience and interests. The role involves being both a project manager as well as a facilitator between teams. As part of this position, you will assist in managing the review and approval of Insertion Orders and other day-to-day commercial agreements for the company.  This will include responsibility for facilitating the operational aspects involved in obtaining alignment and sign off from internal stakeholders (e.g., with sales, account management, finance, ad operations, product and engineering). Additionally, you will help design internal guidance documents and trainings to improve the quality and efficiency of internal processes.

This is a great opportunity to explore interests in contracts, project management, negotiation, and process and to learn the Sojern business from a unique perspective.  It is expected that the role will involve a great deal of cross-functional interaction and collaboration. We take pride in providing an outstanding work environment that offers both a high level of autonomy and a strong sense of teamwork. We pledge to provide you with exciting and interesting opportunities to learn the Sojern business from a unique vantage point.
