As the HR lead for WekaIO, you will be responsible for all HR related activities for fast growing top-notch team that constitutes today people, including the following:
- Organization structure and HR processes
- Compensation management
- Feedback processes
- Recruiting, including identifying candidates, managing the recruiting process, HR-related interviews, and candidate relationships
- Helping managers with the HR aspects of their team management
Involvement in global HR processes will be considered based on the candidate's capabilities and company growth.
- At least 6 years of experience in HR management in the high-tech sector
- At least 3 years of HR management in a start-up of similar size (between 20 and 100 people)
- Past experience in recruiting process
- Past experience in a rapid growth phase of a start up
- Past experience in HR for storage companies or related technologies
- Past experience in global HR management (compensation, recruiting, feedback processes, etc).
