As a Customer Enablement & Training Manager you'll drive further product adoption with new customers through creation of customer training and education programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Design and manage onboarding process of new customers.
    • Create customer enablement materials to ensure product adoption.
    • Effectively train users with Gong's offering.
    • Engage with new and existing customers on a regular basis.
    • Maintain highest level of customer advocacy in interactions.

Qualifications

      • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
      • Proven track record of demonstrated ability to create and implement training programs for successful customer onboarding.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Previous B2B SaaS and enterprise software experience.
