Our Field Operations team sets and drives key business initiatives across the GTM teams. The role will report to the Director of worldwide field operations.
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership teams to provide timely and accurate analytics to help our teams manage their business objectives. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work under and towards a deadline. The Sr. Sales Ops Analyst will possess superb analytical skills and the ability to work as a team across different functions.

What you'll be doing

    • Leading critical and strategic analysis to support business objectives in a fast growing dynamic company
    • Developing new tracking tools and methodologies, and creating ad-hoc reports to assist the sales and account management teams with managing pipeline
    • Help package and position recommendations to sales management through a balance of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    • Creating and managing standardized and customized reports that analyze everything from performance to sales funnel flows to future needs forecasts
    • Improve team performance and funnel conversion: help develop KPIs and metrics, dedicatedly review and identify lead and lag indicators
    • Collaborate with the marketing and demand generation team to ensure a strong pipeline of inbound leads.
    • Help manage areas of core operations: data management, sales forecasting, CRM data integrity, reporting & dashboards.
    • Seamlessly organize, visualize, and analyze raw data sets and highlight key takeaways

    • Intellectually curious and eager to unpack and understand complex concepts
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Highly proficient in Excel
    • Detail oriented and able to connect details to high-level concepts and trends
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box
