Regional VP of Sales is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading field sales strategy for our APAC market.


  • Responsible for APAC sales strategy and growth initiatives to promote representative recruiting, revenue growth, margin growth, profitability, customer and representative retention
  • Support region expansion strategy, coordinate with CRO to successfully plan, direct and execute new country launch
  • Builds and manages key representative relationships and to drive region promotion sales strategy
  • Manage sales cycle of prospects and customers in conjunction with local representatives and members. Professionally manage Direct Sales Pipeline with reporting and forecasting consistency
  • Drives region independent field representative’s and members development strategy from training, coaching, analytics and incentives
  • Maintains a knowledge base of the regional business’ industry, competitors, and regulatory activity on a global basis
  • Provide ongoing competitive analysis and comparison basis for monitoring that landscape and predicting and planning for risks and opportunities
  • Develop impactful business plans, building consumer loyalty, and supporting corporate compensation programs to be used by Independent field representatives
  • Instrumental in delivering product and field support programs designed to meet region cultural needs working with product and marketing to identify opportunities and best approaches to developing and delivering products
  • Researches, develop, plans, designs, maintains and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization’s relations with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities and employees
  • Collaborate with the CRO on the development of region’s strategy and contribute to each country’s growth through identification, shaping and qualification of business development opportunities. Provide situation reports continually assessing the market and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate with regions Market Managers and field to ensure alignment with company strategy, local field training, use of common resources and a general knowledge of activities in the region.
  • Plan and attend regional events and local business opportunity meetings
  • Maintain regular contact with Corporate Headquarters and field leaders which affect the region.
  • Recruit, train, coach, develop and motivate regions Market Managers with a high standard of excellence
  • Provide support and leadership for regions Market Managers (GMs)
  • Responsible for regions P & L, as well as regional operating expenses


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years of management experience in International companies
  • 10+ years of regional sales & marketing experience in MLM/direct selling industry
  • Conducted new product planning, launching and promotions, brand management, sales events, training and meeting planning and implementation
  • Strong in strategic planning, analytical and managerial skills
  • Market development previous experience working in an international setting
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Required Skills: Customer service oriented, adaptability, resourcefulness. Confidence interfacing with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Outgoing and approachable
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive

  • Successfully managed regional teams, including office staff
