Position Overview : 
Exabeam is looking for a dynamic Professional Services (PS) Operations Manager to build and drive execution of operational processes across the professional services organization. As a part of Exabeam’s Customer Success Organization, Global Services is comprised of Professional and Education Services and Service Partner management teams. Reporting to the Director of Global Services, in this role of PS Operations Manager you will develop lifecycle processes for the post-sales service delivery process, from Sales hand-off to services delivery by Exabeam professional services. You will develop key performance metrics around services delivery and develop feedback processes aimed at driving quality and making constant improvements. You will be responsible for centralizing PS Operations globally and building a Services Delivery Center of Excellence to create repeatable methodologies for how we deliver professional services. You will collaborate closely with Services Partner Managers and Education Services team who are responsible for training and enabling our service delivery partners on these methodologies.


    •  Provide team and field support for the professional services team
    • Senior coordination for professional services center of excellence
    • Build and enforce adherence to full lifecycle processes pertaining to services delivery
    • Develop a repository of best-of-breed service delivery tools in order to standardize and streamline how we deliver services
    • Centralize services delivery operations globally 
    • Manage and resolve service delivery needs and complex escalations together with Customer Success leadership


    • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in professional services, ideally in the Cyber Security space
    • Excellent process, project and program management skills 
    • Experience managing service delivery teams, including resource management
    • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with diverse cross-functional groups and stakeholders
    • Proficiency in information security concepts
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Ability to work under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
    • No ego


    • Experience managing deployments of enterprise-level a SIEM or Log Management System
    • Working knowledge of Linux and networking concepts, ability to pick up technical knowledge quickly
