Position Overview:
Exabeam is looking for a Training Content Developer to create and maintain world-class technical training content for Exabeam's partners and customers.  You will work with a diverse, cross-functional team to gather needs and build courseware for rapidly-evolving security products. As a part of Exabeam’s Customer Success Organization, Global Services is comprised of Professional and Education Services, and Service Partner management teams. This role will be a part of the Education Services team, initially reporting to the Director of Global Services.
The ideal candidate has developed security-related technical courseware for at least 5 years


    • Build engineer-level training content for several SIEM/security products
    • Work with trainers and SMEs from various departments to gather information and feedback
    • Evolve training content through aggressive release cycles
    • Create content for formats including classroom, virtual classroom, and self-paced


    • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 2 years experience developing technical courseware or product documentation
    • Engineer-level understanding of security/networking concepts
    • Linux proficiency
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, understandable stories
    • Ability to work independently under pressure, managing multiple deadlines
    • General knowledge of industry-standard content creation/storage tools


    • Experience with a SIEM or Log Management System
    • Linux system administration skills
    • Ability to maintain training lab environment
    • 5 years experience developing technical courseware or product documentation
    • Visual design/layout skills
    • PowerPoint expertise
    • Experience with Madcap Flare
