Lumosity is an online brain training program with over 85 million users and 4.4 billion games played. In addition to improving Lumosity, we’re also creating new products that combine science, engineering and design to help people form better sleep habits, practice mindfulness, and more.
We’re looking for a Director - Lifecycle Marketing who is passionate about the customer lifecycle and can develop strong understanding of our users, their behavioral data and campaign automation systems to help make the Lumosity experience rich and rewarding.

    • Help us integrate new platform capabilities into existing CRM processes to deliver engagement-driving lifecycle marketing campaigns utilizing our new marketing automation system and CRM best practices
    • Develop a deep understanding of Lumosity's current and potential user needs
    • Share campaign insights and best practices with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Deliver, analyze and optimize consumer lifecycle campaigns that anticipate our customers’ needs, deliver delightful experiences and grow our subscriber base
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design and data science to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys
    • Be the subject matter expert on user engagement and provide feedback loops to enhance our communication and product experiences


    • 6-10 years of CRM, Lifecycle and product marketing experience
    • 3+ years management experience building and developing high performance teams
    • Experience successfully integrating and leveraging a marketing automation/CRM system with a large database
    • Ability to develop compelling customer lifecycle campaigns from messaging and channel strategy to design and engineering requirements
    • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared business and customer goals
    • Experience analyzing behavioral data in conjunction with user insights to produce actionable recommendations
    • Strong intrinsic motivation to create delightful customer experiences and significant business results
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial and empathetic tendencies
    • Bonus points: Worked with Braze (AppBoy) or similar products; Worked on a subscription business
