What you will be doing:

    • Track and analyze marketing campaign, program and channel effectiveness across cross-functional marketing teams.
    • Streamline reporting processes, and build/maintain dynamic dashboards of performance.
    • Provide strategic recommendations for marketing investment based on campaign data, web analytics, conversion rates, etc.
    • Build and refine lead, contact and account scoring models, with a focus on increasing revenue.
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Growth teams, drive systems integration projects, and help develop operational best practices.
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
    • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
    • Develop our capabilities in using customer behavior data to drive engagement throughout the marketing funnel.
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis that provides marketing team with answers to “Why?”, “How?” and “What’s next?”
    • Provide predictive forecasting of future performance, using multi-touch attribution models.
    • Provide analytics-oriented thought leadership to technical and non-technical audiences to drive data-driven decisions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 5+ years relevant experience in marketing operations/analytics.
    • Experience with a variety of Account Based marketing technologies and measurement systems like Demandbase, Engagio, Bizible, Salesforce, Marketo, Rollworks, etc.
    • Experience with SQl, BI tools a plus.
    • Extremely organized and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders driving toward the same goal.
    • Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution and account-based marketing strategy, segmentation, measurement and process.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proactive, visionary and continually asks, “How can I make that better”.
