Our People team is growing and our HR systems, processes, and tools need an owner who will jump into the flow, help us wrangle exceptions, and optimize our work flows.  This role is a key player on our newly designed People team and will serve as the “back office” of our People function. We aim to deliver exceptional service to our employees, maintain records, and report on key measures in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. This is an opportunity to put our “ducks in a row” and make sure our people feel supported and cared for whenever they have a transactional need.

You will:

    • Manage the work flows, transactions, reporting, and record keeping aspects of our people function; including payroll, benefits, and compliance among others.
    • Supervise data migration, systems implementations, and process improvements as we design and build new tools/processes.
    • Collaborate with other People Team colleagues to provide seamless service to Minted employees.
    • Support our HRBP's and Talent Acquisition teams with information, data, and transactions.
    • Support annual cycles for compensation review, succession planning, career planning, benefits renewal, and compliance audits.
    • Provide expertise and guidance on employment practices, legal compliance, company policies, etc.
    • Ensure HR operational excellence with accurate, timely, and robust information, process, and project management practices.
    • Champion and role model Minted’s culture, values & mission, finding ways to continually strengthen them in your team and at the company overall.

You have:

    • 5+ years working in HR/People Operations.
    • Experience working in fast paced, high growth, dynamic companies
    • Fluency in HR systems, tools and applications.
    • Expertise in compensation, compliance, and reporting.
