The Role:

Sojern is looking for a Singapore-based Account Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions APAC team and support our continued expansion within Asia. In this position, you will partner closely with our sales team to deliver the highest level of client success on your accounts.

To thrive, candidates must be able to establish trust-based client relationships and have experience in online media including performance based, programmatic advertising.

  • Partner with Sales to ensure revenue growth in the region through the development of existing business via renewals, upselling and cross-selling

  • Leverage your knowledge of the programmatic landscape across Asia to develop sound campaign strategies to influence client retention

  • Lead campaign performance analysis and optimisations/recommendations through regular cadence, business reviews and reporting

  • Coordinate with Business Operations teams to address your clients’ needs and ensure their advertising campaigns are launched and managed successfully against client goals and objectives

  • Advocate for innovation and process refinements to generate efficiencies for Sojern and our clients


What You Bring To The Table:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Marketing, Communications; Accounting/Finance a plus)

  • You have 2-4 years industry, campaign/account management and job-related experience

  • You have related programmatic experience with an understanding of Demand-side Platforms, and other associated Ad-tech tools (DV360, AppNexus, MediaMath, Adobe, Sizmek, etc)

  • You feel empowered to initiate recommendations in order to drive added value for your clients

  • You are self-driven, detail-oriented and have great time management and organisation skills

  • You have strong oral/written communication and presentation skills

  • You are analytical and like using data to tell a story

  • You like the idea of evolving within a start-up environment - willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done
