The Role:

As an Ad Designer, you will have the opportunity to design high-quality ads for our clients in a high-volume production atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the digital travel advertising industry and share your design experience with the team! 

You must demonstrate exceptional skills in design, communication, and time-management, as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment creating high-quantity advertising with demanding deadlines. 

Working out of our Singapore office, you’ll be part of a fast-growing international creative team!

Responsibilities:

  • Design HTML5 and static display banner ads for client campaigns

    • Use best practices to design high quality display advertising 

    • Build ads that reflect cohesive/consistent design with client’s brand

    • Be comfortable with working on high volume production

    • Ensure quality assurance from start to end

  • Work closely with Creative Manager, Account Managers, Clients, and other Ad Designers, on processes, best practices, and ad design specs

  • Take initiatives to give recommendations on ad designs in the absence of direction

  • Collaborate on special projects and assists with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures (i.e., Strategic Accounts support, A/B Testing)

    • Assist with ad design creation for A/B testing across all ad formats

  • Collect feedback from Account Managers and Analytics team on high performance ads and infuse feedback into future designs / best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Web Design field

  • 1 - 3 Years experience in graphic or web design field

  • Skilled in the big 3 Adobe CC apps: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Solid visual design expertise in typography, layout, color, and branding

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Collaborative and creative problem solver 

  • Must be highly detail oriented and self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines

 

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScript

  • Fluent in more than one language

  • Experience with writing Ad Copy

  • Experience with DoubleClick Bid Manager 

  • Experience with Google Web Designer

  • Experience with Bannersnack

  • Experience with Social Media Ads

  • Experience with Google Products
