The Role:

Sojern is seeking a Customer Success Associate, Implementation to manage and execute campaign set- up and customer on-boarding to our hotel direct team’s growing business in the US.  We are looking for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced innovative company, and is passionate about putting the customer first. As an Customer Success Associate, Implementation you will interact internally with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Product teams, and externally with our direct customers.  To succeed, you must work well with people, be comfortable making quick decisions with a solution based mindset, and have a drive to learn!

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the capabilities of our products and services.

  • Execute campaign set-up and initial Q/A as well as on-going set-up and troubleshooting as necessary.

  • Work directly with sales and customer success managers to ensure the highest level of quality with campaign implementation.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to sales and account management as well as clients in terms of best practices and capabilities.

  • Work closely with internal support teams to ensure smooth integration and verify campaign launch is successful and tracking activity appropriately.

  • Work closely with internal and external technical team members on custom product implementations.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues during the on-boarding process

  • Ability to juggle many different projects at the same time

  • Act as point of contact for implementation details between our customers, sales, account management, and Implementation teams.

  • Excellent communication skills and are comfortable picking up the phone and having productive conversations with customers regularly 

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. (Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or Finance a plus)

  • 1-2 years’ industry or job related experience

  • Ability to manage the challenges of juggling multiple accounts whilst providing excellent proactive client service

  • High level of comfort and experience working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally

  • Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities. Ability to manage obstacles and incorporate sensitivity to cultural differences and divergent priorities.

  • Great with people – ability to work comfortably with many internal and external teams
