Opening for HR Recruiter.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 0 - 1.5 years of experience in volume or sales or BPO hiring.
Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.
Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.
Must be fluent in English
Fair experience in using MS Excel.
Will be responsible for entire TA cycle including stakeholder management.
Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, Mapping, Headhunting etc.
Telephonically screening & short listing candidates as per the JD.
Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits.
Scheduling interviews and pre-offer formalities.
Coordinating with the candidates till they are on board.
