ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a seasoned, high-energy, and driven Enterprise Sales Manager, West Coast with experience in the SaaS technology space and experience in Enterprise markets. Accustomed to value-driven sales, you’ll grow our business in this key sector by tapping your established relationships, identifying new opportunities and leading and developing a winning team of approx 9+ Enterprise Account Executives.
 
** This will be a fully remote role based in either CA, OR, WA, CO, AZ, UT, NV **

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    • Directly support a team of Enterprise Account Executives that have fun winning together
    • Support ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring your team
    • Participate in customer and prospect meetings and help define a strong business case
    • Partner with Customer Success, Lead Generation and other cross-functional teams to drive success and prioritize where Udemy for Business focuses resources
    • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
    • Report on sales activity and manage a regular revenue forecast
    • Achieve key performance metrics and goals
    • Work with your team to discuss, plan and implement process improvements
    • Coordinate efforts and collaborate with North American Sales Director
    • Travel requirements 40% of the time

We’re excited about you because you will have:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 7+ years of Sales experience preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
    • 5+ years of Sales Management managing a high performing Enterprise sales team; preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
    • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications – Education technology and e-learning preferred
    • Consistent track record of selling software into large Enterprise accounts and achieving personal and team goals
    • Understand of how to grow business
    • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
    • History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
    • Enthusiasm for deepening customer relationships
    • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
