About the Role


The Senior Manager, Technology Strategy and Execution will report to the Head of Technology Strategy and Execution and be a key part of the team responsible for driving the execution of business-critical technology initiatives across the Lending Club organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the ongoing Technology Planning and Resource Allocation process on an ongoing basis as well as work on specific technology initiatives and work collaboratively, across all Lending Club business functions.

The Senior Manager for Strategy and Execution will support the technology leadership team in the effective management of resources to deliver projects and initiatives that drive revenue for Lending Club. The Senior Manager will oversee the prioritization and progress to deliver critical technology initiatives for Lending Club as well as design, implement and report on key business metrics and financial information.



What You'll Do


Key responsibilities will include:

* The coordination and management of technology resource allocation

* Relationship management and communication across all Lending Club functions on behalf of technology

* Escalation of issues, delays, risks identified during the execution of these initiatives

* Creation of dashboards and reporting of progress supported by metrics

* Measurement of performance of vendors and partners

* Partnership with the technology Finance business partner to provide project oversight including capture and tracking of time spent on projects and the allocation between operating and capital expenditures

* Support with resource estimation, allocation and tracking



About You


* 5+ years of program management, financial planning or related experience

* Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or Master’s preferred

* Flexibility required to work in a challenging fast-paced environment

* Attentive to details and highly organized

* Proven project and process management skills

* Experience with creating dashboards and reporting at varying levels of details

* Financial Services or Technology experience
