About the Role
As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Global Business Development (BD) team is looking for a sharp, energetic, and creative dealmaker and partner manager to help manage and grow our partnerships on the Strategic Initiatives team. The Senior Business Development Associate is someone who is deeply interested in the long-term success of Uber, will hit the ground running driving partnerships, and thrives in a fast-paced technology company.
You will manage select partnerships focused on Driver Loyalty, Safety and other strategic initiatives - some of which will be global in scope and some which will be specific to the U.S. & Canada region. In this role, you will own and drive the success of key partners, identify ways to expand the partnerships over time and deepen partner relationships. You will launch and track the performance of high priority deals to drive revenue growth.
You’ll also work on and negotiate new high priority deals that drive revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, as you will collaborate across internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, operations, finance and policy.
