Marketing Manager

We seek a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager for a cross functional role to support outbound, field and channel marketing programs. The primary responsibilities for this position are the tactical execution of corporate tradeshows and events, managing collateral, email marketing, website development, managing the company’s social media channels, but may include additional duties as needed. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent copyediting skills, and a flair for creative expression.


  • Reports to Director of Outbound Marketing
  • Manage corporate tradeshow calendar, as well as regional field events, channel partner tradeshows and events, regional seminars, roadshows or micro events, and customer engagement events
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to provide creative management of marketing collateral, which will include production of assets, related graphics, and copyediting
  • Manage all creative assets created by corporate marketing to ensure overall brand image consistency, and provide ongoing creative brand guidance to regional teams
  • Manage external creative design resources ensuring that deadlines are being met and all created assets are high quality and meet brand requirements
  • Hands-on production of emails in Marketo to support email marketing programs
  • Hands-on development of website pages and content in Wordpress
  • Oversee the company social media channels, develop social media calendar and execute to plan
  • Work with the marketing team to support product launches, sales promotions, and sales training events
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities
  • Some US travel is expected


We seek a highly-motivated, self-starter with a passion for winning.

  • Must have strong project management skills and prior project management experience
  • Prior data storage industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and work with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Must have experience working on a corporate marketing team and following brand guidelines across all media
  • Proficiency in, Marketo and Hootsuite, is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is mandatory
  • Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver), is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Requires degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or another related field
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate marketing
