Engagio is pioneering the future of B2B marketing, building the leading B2B Marketing Orchestration platform.  We are looking for an experienced enterprise software product manager to play a pivotal role in driving our products forward.
As a member of the Product team, you will conceive, define, deliver and launch products, handling the full scope of product management responsibilities from investigation and setting the vision through to requirements, execution, and rollout. Our ideal candidate will also serve as the overall product owner of our core products, driving release planning and day-to-day coordination with our (entirely local) engineering team and ensuring coordination across the product team.
We strive to create beautiful, intuitive products that our users love and can’t live without.  You will help make sure that we make the right choices about what features to build, scope those features well, gather feedback, work with the engineering team to see your vision turned into a reality, and ensure our colleagues and customers make great use of these new features.

The primary responsibility of the Adoption Product Manager will be to drive adoption of new and existing product capabilities, by working directly with our customers. This is a Product Management role, but will be highly cross-functional in nature.

Responsibilities include:

    • Deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications 
    • Work closely with the UX team on interaction design, to ensure we build a product that is easy to use, but powerful
    • Define and own key customer adoption metrics and manage initiatives to drive to these metrics
    • Work closely with customers to drive adoption of new and existing capabilities
    • Own the creation and adoption of key use cases for different user persona's
    • Determine correlation between product usage and renewal rates
    • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure successful on-boarding of customers with new capabilities
    • Work closely with Product Marketing to define messaging and create personalized and targeted campaigns to drive adoption
    • Build cross functional relationships and manage projects across multiple teams
    • Understand market, competition and customer/user needs in depth
    • Use Pendo to show users what’s new and how to get value from new features (e.g. feature announcements, guided walk-through’s)
    • Create user surveys and polls to continuously capture feedback from different user personas of our application


    • 3+ years of experience as Product Manager working on a Cloud, SaaS product or equivalent experience
    • MarTech experience a huge plus
    • Bachelor s degree
    • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
    • Customer passion is a must
    • Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, be a highly-motivated self-starter
    • Strong analytical mindset; enjoy finding the 'why' behind the numbers
    • Strong attention to detail and high execute
    • Knowledge of product insight/adoption tools such as Pendo or Aptrinsic
